Assist in the overall project management, planning & control, and execution till project closure.
Assist in administering all site works, including management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
Assist in preparation of tender documentations, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts.
Assist in preparation of submission documents to relevant authorities.
Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client.
Job requirements
Diploma in Building / Interior / Engineering or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 – 3 years project management experience in ID environment, with the ability to interpret and prepare architectural/technical drawings is an advantage
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the MANAGER role
Knowledge of quantity surveying and contract administration is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to liaise with people from all levels
Responsible team player with high level of integrity, self-motivated and results-oriented
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Project Management Software
Must be able to work under pressure and long hours to meet deadlines
Remuneration will depend on experience and qualifications
