Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Assist in the overall project management, planning & control, and execution till project closure.
- Assist in administering all site works, including management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
- Assist in preparation of tender documentations, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts.
- Assist in preparation of submission documents to relevant authorities.
- Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client.
- Diploma in Building / Interior / Engineering or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 – 3 years project management experience in ID environment, with the ability to interpret and prepare architectural/technical drawings is an advantage
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the MANAGER role
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and contract administration is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to liaise with people from all levels
- Responsible team player with high level of integrity, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Project Management Software
- Must be able to work under pressure and long hours to meet deadlines
- Remuneration will depend on experience and qualifications
