Job Description

The Project Executive is a integral position in the Project Management Office. Reporting to the PMO Progamme Director in the Technology & Operations Group, you will be responsible to drive the delivery of the Organisation projects by establishing a robust execution plan to meet the required business outcomes. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will identify clearly the key deliverables, milestones and timelines and engage to make it happen throughout the journey. Working closely with the executive sponsors, you will identify key risks and drive mitigation measures.

Description

• Work across mutliple teams to project manage technical projects in various phases

• Gather and analyse the project requirements and facilitate the definite of scope, goals and deliverables

• Define and organize the project tasks and resource requirements

• Assemble, coordinate and manage project staffs across teams, departments or divisions

• Manage project budget and expenditures

• Plan, schedule project timelines and track project deliverables

• Provide direction and support to project team

• Manage the project deliverables including project timelines, testing plans and artefacts, etc

• Monitor and report on progress of projects’ progress to all stakeholders and management

• Project evaluations and assessment of results / analytics

• Manage project changes or risks in projects to achieve desirable project outputs and timeline
  

• Diploma with min 2 years of relevant experience as PM / PMO preferred; Fresh grads are welcome to apply

• Strong project management skills across large projects

• Proven experience in people management, project planning, risk management and change management

• Excellent supervisory, organizational and training skills

• Skilled in coordinating activities, evaluating data, and establishing priorities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze problems and make well-reasoned, sound decisions

• Experienced in Software development life-cycle processes

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• PMP Certification preferred

• Experience in project management tools such as JIRA / Confluence / Wrike or equivalent
