Requirements

  • Relevant experience in HR / Payroll / Ops will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn technologies
  • Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player and self-motivated
The Opportunity
  • 9am - 6pm (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
  • Main Office: Shaw Centre, Client's site visits
  • Up to gross of $3500 (Commensurate with exp)
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract
Job Scope
Design & Implementation
  • Involves in budgeting, planning of resources and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance) to ensure smooth invoicing and payments
Client & Account Management
  • Provide comprehensive Human Resource Solutions (e.g., Employment Act, market trends, salary benchmarks) to clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular operational reviews, timely invoicing, and addressing escalations
  • Participate in gathering requirements and managing service delivery
  • Handle service recovery and out-of-scope requests as needed
Candidate & Offer Management
  • Partner with recruitment team to source and screen candidates using structured methods
  • Manage interviews, offers, and the onboarding process, including contract administration and induction
  • Associate Management
  • Oversee associate performance, welfare, and disciplinary matters
  • Respond to employment-related queries and ensure punctuality and attendance, especially on weekends
  • Execute retention activities and manage associate welfare
Operations Management
  • Act as the primary operational contact for service delivery, ensuring tasks are completed within scope
  • Manage part-timer rostering, monitor service quality, and maintain an on-site presence when necessary
  • Streamline communication between clients and associates and improve work processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company and legislative policies
