Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to assist in site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and provide technical support to Project Manager.

What Will You Do

• To assist in site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and provide technical support to Project Manager.
• Familiar with Aircon work, electrical work and plumbering works on site.
• Able to interpret drawings and calculation of site materials.
• To plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• To manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• To execute projects work based on drawings and specifications.
• To resolve any clients and residents\' complaints or feedbacks.
• To monitor project progress and report to Project Manager.
• To liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants and vendors on all project matters.
• To attend site meeting when required.
• To track work progress and submit progress report to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
• To coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the clients.
• To work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.

What Do We Want

• At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Handsketch site measurement with drawing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
