You will be based in Singapore but traveling will be required occasionally when necessary. The Project Executive is a key member of the Production Team and is crucial in ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. He/She supports the development of the project requirements, manages vendors, and ensures delivery according to the project timeline. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Planning of Projects:

• Document clients\' requirements with respect to project concept and objectives.
• Prepare draft project plans for internal planning of overall project timeline.

Manage project delivery:

• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance with project timeline.
• Highlight project implementation issues and plan deviations regularly.
• Troubleshoot project implementation issues and deviations to the project plans.
• Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute projects.

Post project implementation:

• Analyse delivery outcome and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Report budget utilization and spending

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE o Preferably 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in onsite delivery of events or exhibition projects. o Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant disciplines. o Must be bilingual and comfortable to converse in both English and Mandarin. o Possess sense of responsibility and commitment to project delivery. o Possess good Interpersonal and communication skills. o Able to travel abroad if necessary. o Able to work on weekends whenever needed. o Able to work independently with little supervision. o A mature, creative, and eloquent individual who can fit into our team culture Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $38,000.00 per year Benefits:
