VACANCY DESCRIPTION
Wadkins Associates are assisting an established international firm in their search for a project finance lawyer to join their Singapore team. You will be joining the project finance team, working on major infrastructure and energy projects as well as broader banking and finance work such as acquisition finance and leverage finance deals. The team is supportive and friendly, led by established partners who have a strong reputation within the industry. In this role you will be working closely with partners and have the opportunity to be involved in business development, having close contact with international clients. You will be advising lenders, governments and sponsors across several sectors including energy, transport, and mining. This includes progressive work in renewable energy, energy transition and hydrogen projects, providing an exciting opportunity for a junior associate.
