Reporting to Deal & Project Governance Leader, to monitor and to review on the proper governance of the Group’s portfolio of deals and projects (1000+) according to corporate policies, analyzing and reporting on projects on their health in terms of financial performance, progress and customer satisfaction, and supporting Business Heads and PMs to resolve operational issues
Assist Deal & Project Governance Leader to design/enhance and to implement processes and reporting for governing and monitoring the full project lifecycle from deal qualification to project closure
Coach and work with project managers to ensure internal procedures are properly followed
Develop and produce analysis and reports for business unit heads and top management
Develop guidelines, templates, training materials and other supporting tools to govern internal business operations
Coordinate with stakeholders, prepare business requirements and documentations to support business initiatives
The Person
Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related areas
A minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, organizing, and delivering change/new processes, preferably in a large servicing company (e.g. IT service provider, system integrator, & management consulting firm)
Good communication skills for working in multicultural environment and with senior management and project managers of different styles
Good analytical skills with a proactive mindset
Self-initiator with improvement-oriented mindset to help establish new/improve current processes and tools
Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional skills in Cantonese or Malay is a plus
Proficient on Excel (Practical Test will be arranged)
