Project manage the implementation of contractors' premises and supporting infrastructure to meet project milestones.
Establish and review procedures and processes to govern the provisioning of IT services. Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) and budget proposals on project initiatives.
Manage multiple vendors providing IT support services to Singapore government agencies, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations and positive user experiences.
Lead and manage project team members to execute tasks within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee contractors to ensure fulfillment of project scope of work in accordance with contractual requirements.
Manage in-service systems to ensure system availability standards are met to support user operations.
Collaborate with O&S vendors and OEMs to investigate system faults and defects, and manage the rectification process to restore operational condition.
Oversee budget, schedule, and scope for system modifications and upgrade projects as stipulated in the contract.
Remain contactable 24/7 to provide support for project maintenance.
Undertake other responsibilities, tasks, and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Skill Sets
Strong planning and project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Good team player with the ability to work independently when required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
