Roles & Responsibilities


Role Description


This position does research related project works and assists the setup of the research project, manage key events, and adminstrative matters relating to monitoring and reporting. You will be expose to various aspects of a project to pick up relevant skills.


Specific Responsibilities

To assist with the execution of projects in general based on client's requirement Work closely with the company managment and manage tasks Create and maintain necessary project mgmt docs (Excel, charts, schedules, follow up with the external vendor.) Survey methodologies and designing of project. Manage data set and survey operations. Organize, plan and execute within the timeline of the project. Including data management procedures. Be helpful and learn to manage together as a team. Build rapport.


Requirements:

Able to work independently and to work within the project schedule 5 day/week, 10am to 630pm. (WFH arrangements will be in place) Good office environment and near MRT. Local SME, bond and work together. Training will be provided, good job to gain experience. Learn to carry out project management skills and understand relevant research materials.


Competencies


1. Self-independence, work with lesser supervision.


2. Engage with stakeholders and conduct internal discussion, able to plan and execute.


3. Good organization skills, meticulousness, and proficiency in excel.


4. Logic thinking.
