Roles & Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Apply Software Engineering Skills and Methodologies to review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual;
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
- Manage the delivery of projects, including front-end planning, requirements gathering, implementation, to ensure project(s) are delivered within schedule, budget, and performance
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met.
- Good interpersonal skills, capable to maintain good rapport with business users
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics or IT or equivalent.
- Shall have at least Two (2) years of experience in IT project delivery and completed at least two SDLC projects.
- Track records of managing successful delivery and implementation of relevant projects.
- Good supervisory, people management and communication skills.

Prior experience and background on these platforms are advantegous; Splunk, SAP- ERP.
