Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects
issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors
and suppliers
Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers
To assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each
department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning.
Arrange project punch list follow-up
Handle project support enquires
Other office work
Requirements:
Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and desktop productivity tools
Good customer service skills
Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively
communicate with all levels.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams &
customers
Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to
team participation.
Working Duration
Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, Monday - Friday. Need to be available in a short notice
