Now Lotte Duty Free Shop has built matchless brand power as the GLOBAL LOTTE DUTY FREE SHOP and we currently operate in various countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam and we had just landed in Singapore in 2020. Lotte Travel Retail is now in Singapore Changi Airport operating 19 stores across 4 terminals.
DESIGNATION : [Lotte Travel Retail] Project Management Executive (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide renovation and constructions project co-ordination and support for our travel retail operations based in Singapore.

• Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe
• Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations; redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
• Main point of contact and liaison between project teams from local and HQ in South Korea, contractor\'s representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
• Review resources requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
• Manage budget and ensures it achieves within or below budget
• Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims
• Able to formulate awards strategy independently
• Lead tender process and provide technical inputs to secure new jobs
• Maintain and update records, contracts and agreements with third parties
• Assist on any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 2 years relevant or similar projetc management experience preferred
• Able to translate between Korean / English language with HQ South Korea Project team effectively
• Have working experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel
• Have experience in liaising with Town Council / Fire Safety Department / BCA / URA / CAAS / CAG etc
• Possess good communication and organizing skills
• Hands-on person and able to work independently
• Proficient in computer skills such as Autocad / Microsoft Project / Word / Powerpoint / Excel etc
