Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Support in Pre-Sales & After-Sales \xc2\xb7 Ensure the smooth processing of Sales Order from the time the order is taken by the Sales to the time the order is delivered, through proper & timely coordination with Operations/Logistic Department \xc2\xb7 Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the scope (carrying out purchases as required; monitor delivery status; activating production/ assembly works; reviewing deliverables prepared by Operations and Logistic Team before sending to clients; monitoring status of sample submissions and replacement returns) \xc2\xb7 Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements \xc2\xb7 Ensure project documents are complete, current and filed appropriately \xc2\xb7 Attend site meetings and organize product mock-ups when required \xc2\xb7 Minimise exposure and risks on projects by effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical/Building & Architecture \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred \xc2\xb7 Good spoken & written English \xc2\xb7 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications \xc2\xb7 Possess excellent interpersonal & communication/negotiation skills, initiative & resourceful \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently & under pressure ** 5-day work week ** Shuttle Bus Service provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang MRT Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits:
