• Drive discussions to understand business requirements or project updates both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and discussions including minutes of meeting.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners or clients on meetings, discussions and follow up items.
• Support project managers for project deliverables within timelines as well as planning or presentations.
• Plan and perform UAT where relevant for respective projects where system enhancements are involved.
• Document the various governance process meticulously for future audit references.
• Communicate updates, timelines, blockers, risks and changes to the project team, stakeholders, senior management.
• Support data setup and preparation requirements from project team.
• Assist Head of Strategy & Transformation on administrative and operational matters, research on topics, as well as preparing presentation decks.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
