Role Summary
As a part-time working student in the Global Project Management Office, you will support the definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of project management processes. You will assist in designing and maintaining process descriptions and training materials in SharePoint to support the new project workflow. This role offers hands-on experience in process development, documentation standards, and collaboration within an international business environment.
Main TasksProcess Documentation & Standardization Creation and maintenance of clear, standardized process descriptions and templates. Alignment of documentation with PMO governance standards. SharePoint Structure & Content Management Development of a logical and user-friendly SharePoint structure for project documentation. Ensuring accessibility, consistency, and up-to-date content. Preparation of training materials and user guides for the new project process. Support in organizing or conducting short trainings or demos for users.
Your Profile+ Strong organizational and documentation skills. + Basic SharePoint administration and content management knowledge.
+ Attention to detail and ability to structure complex information clearly.
+ Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
+ Proactive and independent working style.
+ Interest in process management and digital collaboration tools.
+ Fluency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
