Job Description


Summary

This role is responsible for supporting on demand services order-to-remittance operations of AKA Services primarily focus on ASEAN zones. Individual will need to be able to work across region and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders. This role offers exposure to various GE Healthcare functions and processes, which in turn will provide a perfect cross-functional learning opportunity to the incumbent

Essential responsibilities
  • Support On Demand Services (ODS) team for order entry activities in Glprod system relating but not limited to parts ordering e.g Hcat, accessories, etc
  • Support preparation of required documents for shipment e.g Shipping Release Instruction (SRI) etc
  • Follow-up with zone teams on documentation requirements to manage inventory e.g POD\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Support reporting requirement relating to part order status including required follow-ups with internal as well as external stakeholders (Channel Partners)
  • Support any CRM update requirement e.g SFDC opportunities and chatters
  • Provide regular updates on order status to internal & external key stake holders
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Systems or Supply Chain equivalent from an accredited university
  • Eager to learn and develop process and project management skills
  • Interested in learning how a regional business operates in order to assist on programs or continues improvement across services functions
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Basic Knowledge in ERP/CRM system such as Oracle, Salesforce, Siebel, ServiceMax
