Were looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Management Intern to join our team! If youre curious about the tourism and events industry and enjoy working with people, planning activities, and seeing ideas come to lifexe2x80x94this role is for you. Youll support our team in delivering fun, meaningful experiences for clients through tours, events, and outreach programs.
What You'll Do

• Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating tourism-related projects and public outreach programs
• Assist in managing client bookings and registrations, including handling changes, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Join live tour as a support crew - be a facilitator, coordinator, game master, or tech/admin assistant (both in-person and virtual formats)
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for tours and eventsxe2x80x94including liaising with guides, vendors, venues, and transport providers
• Follow up with clients after services to collect and organize feedback to help us improve our services
• Keep track of supplies and help with inventory and procurement
• Share ideas and assist in developing new tours, activities, and engagement programs
• Represent the company professionally during internal and external engagements
• Assist with any other projects and tasks when needed
