Project Management Internship (with Possibility of Full-time Conversion)
As a Project Management Intern, you will be supporting solution delivery for EPOS. Project management and client management is at the core of this job. You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:
Project management and solution delivery for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) clients
Project management in liaising with internal stakeholders to maintain visibility and accountability of project deliverables and timelines
Collaborate with the product team to seek market validation, explaining technical requirements for product or feature recommendations, and maintaining feedback loops for new products and features, as well as enhancements
Collaborate with internal sales team for sales support, project initialization and execution
Communicate with product team and development teams in troubleshooting
Collaborate with design teams to product necessary artworks for solution delivery
Market research on industry trends and competitive benchmarking
Interpret policy updates to assess impact to business and make recommendations for compliance
Optimise business processes through initiatives such as creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides and training materials to streamline operations
Data processing tasks
Miscellaneous / administrative tasks
Requirements:
Only Singaporeans and PRs
Credit-bearing internship is possible for both undergraduate and Master's degree students
Graduands / Fresh graduates are welcomed, although work experience of 3 years is preferred
Leadership track record, whether in extracurricular activities or previous work experience
Negotiation, presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to distill technical concepts to business users - technology background is preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent time management, project management and problem-solving
Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven and independent in managing own schedule and tasks
Strong work ethic and accountability
Ability to deliver results under pressure and tight deadlines
Have an entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting work done
Understand and implement English and Mandarin-speaking clients' project requirements. Spoken and written English and Mandarin is required
