Job Responsibilities

• Assist with processing customer purchase orders in NICE, NDS, and SAP, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
• Verify work orders for completeness and correctness prior to processing to prevent errors.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in the NDS system.
• Update block charts for ahead orders to support forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery dates, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely status updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders:
• Sales: support contract creation and order clarification.
• Technical: follow up on technical details and documentation.
• Planning: obtain supply chain milestone dates to help meet DIFOT targets.
• Logistics: check and update delivery status information for customers.
• Support basic awareness and promotion of the Type 2 STD Mesh product line.
• Support team initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What You'll Learn
