Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Support the business and project team in managing and completion of project milestones.
  • Keep business and project team up-to-date on project related issues, matters and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Work collectively with members of Investment Services team and project manager to understand system behaviors and help gathering and transforming information into future model and processes.
  • Review function specifications document against business requirement document to ensure coverage was properly done.
  • Execute UAT test cases and ensuring quality output based on operations scenarios in production for business delivery lead and owner review and sign off.
  • Support in logging and managing UAT defects and ensure all issues are logged and tracked closely.
  • Build effective relationship with project stakeholders as well as Investment Services users.
  • Being hands on in Standard Operating Procedure revision for operating processes that involve the system in (User Acceptance Testing) UAT.
  • Support business delivery lead in supporting the execution of key change management outcome including but not limited to governance and controls, integration of processes across Investment-Linked Plans (ILP) products and user training.
  • Support Day one post implementation and Day two lifecycle management.
  • Gain full understanding of current state of the Investment Services system, data and processes in the daily and monthly lifecycle of ILP products through involvement in daily BAU processes.
  • Support AVP in minutes taking and documentation on all project related meetings.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or any related field with 2 to 4 years\' experience in Investment Operations/services within the insurance industry or any similar industry.
  • Experience on project management and UAT management.
  • Keen interest in exploring careers within system migration projects with key focus on UAT execution
  • Ability to navigate data and process flows.
  • Ability to work under pressure as well as tight deadline.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload while working in an agile manner and deliver quality output.
  • Good stakeholders\' management skills, risk and control mindset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA or macro.
  • Good data management skill set and knowledge.
  • Well versed in tools such as but not limited to Microsoft Visio, Jira is a plus.
