Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Project Management Officer (PMO)
Focus: reinforce, strengthen and further industrialize current Department transverse activities (regarding processes, administrative, budget as well as team building aspects).

The Talent
At least 2 years of experience as a PMO or business support
Excellent analytical & communication skills
Proactive and process oriented
Ability to adapt and collaborate in a fast pace environment
Strong sense of confidentiality & Sense of commitment
Outstanding Interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, Including the ability to communicate confidently and professionally across all levels of the business
Basics in Accounting and Finance Control, Admin Process Management
Microsoft Excel & Power Pivot (intermediate level)
Microsoft Power Point (intermediate level)
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
The Job
Contribution to define and implement new processes to further industrialize recurrent admin tasks
Implement and improve timely recurrent reporting for department Budget, Staff, Activities Management
Implement and improve timely recurrent Quality Control & Quality Assurance framework reporting
Providing any ad-hoc support for CSI Management request
Department transverse activities Facilitation
Contribute to facilitate Department level processes for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
Contribute to facilitate transverse activities on communication, community management, compliance and security awareness, team gamification
Contribute in the organization of team building events
