Support the Debit card Department
Location: Changi
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with various stakeholders including O&T, Mastercard, Digital CX and internal stakeholders for the various aspects of the debit card features and digital enhancements
Work on Marketing campaigns to roll out usage programs to increase take up rate and debit card usage from existing clients
Promote CGW using all channels to drive increase in activation and usage
Manage ongoing client queries and issues pertaining to debit card usage and concerns
Manage ongoing recarding exercise to ensure a smooth transition and proper planning to avoid any client disruption
