Honeywell Changi is seeking a Project Management Specialist I who will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and strategic management of legacy environmental remediation projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Remediation Managers and third-party partners, engaging in scope analysis for alternative remediation solutions at various sites. This role demands strong project management skills, including design and construction management, and proficient use of engineering and project management tools for estimation, scheduling, design, procurement, and construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project life cycles, from initiation to closure.
• Review and understand job contract documents thoroughly.
• Implement and monitor detailed project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project meeting minutes and documentation.
• Report on project progress and milestones regularly.
• Evaluate the performance of subcontractors to ensure project standards and expectations are met.
• Compile and assemble project closeout documents, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive handover.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree: A minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required. This foundational education provides the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Preferred): While not a strict requirement, a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field is preferred. This advanced degree can indicate a deeper level of expertise and commitment to the field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Preferred): While not mandatory, a PMP certification is highly valued and preferred. This certification demonstrates a standardized level of competency in project management skills and principles.

WE VALUE:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of IT and financial systems (e.g., Sales Force, SAP) is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of effective cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Ability to multitask across various projects, managing priorities efficiently.
• A track record of improving performance, meeting commitments, and producing results.
• A commitment to exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, tradespeople, and Honeywell Project Managers.
• Some experience in project management is required, including relevant educational qualifications.
