Job Responsibilities:

Project Management Team Performance

• Monitors projects progress and ensure that key projects deliverables deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) goals are met
• Key Project Management Teams\' KPIs: Delivery Performance, Trade Gross Profit Improvement, Aging Finished Goods, Profit Leakages, Sales Forecast Accuracy
• Provides guidance and support to project team members
• Leverages on best practices from other project management teams to improve project management business processes and implement productivity improvement tools
• Participates and contributes to Project Sales and Finished Goods forecasting process

Team Management

• Improves Project Managers\' skills and competencies
• Participates and contributes to project management resources planning process
• Manages project team budget and resources
• Fosters teamwork within team and with other functional teams

Communication

• Communicates with Customers to understand their business needs and address critical concerns
• Tracks and reports projects statuses and progress to key business stakeholders

Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

• Ensures team and self complies to workplace EHS rules and guidelines
• Reports unsafe work conditions and provides suggestions to improve work safety
• Supports EHS improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Software Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management. Experience in managing engineering projects involving plant monitoring instruments and/or system solutions will be preferred
• Proven capability to manage a cross functional team and drive process improvement initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional team members
