ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives Manage stakeholders expectations by clarifying requirements, anticipating operational risks, and providing timely updates Facilitate effective communication and reporting on project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders Drive the adoption of project management best practices and support continuous process improvement initiatives Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with project goals

Requirements3+ years of project management experience -- preferably in a data-related technical enterprise environment, managing medium to large-scale projects PMP certification strongly preferred (or equivalent project management certification) Experience managing projects using Kanban boards in Azure DevOps Experience in vendor management and coordination of external service providers Strong skills in stakeholder management -- able to manage expectations, clarify requirements, anticipate and mitigate risks, track issues, and escalate when necessary Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and best practices Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, including timelines, goals, deliverables, and reporting Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and within scope Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) Understanding of data platforms, ETL processes, or enterprise data solutions is a plus
