Core Competencies for 3rd Asia GSI Skilling PM

1. Program & Project Management

Proven ability to plan and execute multi-country skilling programs end-to-end Strong skills in prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones across regions

2. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

Experience engaging and influencing global and regional stakeholders (WW EL, RSL, PDMs, PSAs) Strong relationship-building skills with GSIs, SIs, and CSP partners Ability to guide partners through the Solution Partner Designation (SPD) journey and develop skilling plans Experience activating partners through skilling programs (Concierge Desk, ESI, etc.) Comfortable presenting in regional and global forums (WWL syncs, field calls, v-teams)

Analytical & Reporting Skills

Ability to track KPIs and produce clear, actionable skilling reports Skilled in interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

4. Operational Excellence & Self-Management

Able to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments Skilled at influencing without authority and managing competing priorities Strong understanding of regional differences across Asia (India, ASEAN, ANZ, Korea, Japan, GCR) Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution
