Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for high-rise commercial building projects. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee design coordination, tendering, contract management, and execution. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities. Manage site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality assurance. Handle technical and engineering issues on-site, providing solutions to keep works on track. Monitor and control project costs, manage variation orders, and prepare reports.



Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. At least 10 years of relevant project management experience in construction industry Strong technical understanding of civil and structural works. Familiar with local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes. Proficient in MS Project and project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
