• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 6pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 6,000 (dep on exp)
• Project Duration: 18 to 24 months

Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), with a focus on Electronically Commutated (EC) fans. The role will be based on a job site with a major client in Singapore. This JD outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the Project Manager position, focusing on ACMV systems, and project management expertise.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline using Gantt Chart
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems to ensure efficient and effective project implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize ACMV system design and performance.
• EC Fan Integration - Training provided . Manage the integration and installation of Electronically Commutated (EC) fans within ACMV systems. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure EC fan specifications and requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate resources, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficient project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Resolve project-related challenges and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
