About the Role

You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and technical consultants to deliver innovative ICT initiatives that enable digital transformation across the public sector. The role requires a proactive and decisive individual who can plan project requirements, manage procurement, drive execution, and ensure quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.


You will be responsible for managing projects through their full lifecycle -- from business case development to implementation -- while ensuring alignment with government IT management policies and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead the development of business cases and project budgets for ICT systems. Manage and execute procurement, contract, and audit processes in a timely manner. Oversee project execution to ensure delivery within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality. Identify project risks, assess impacts, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Engage and manage vendors to ensure successful delivery of ICT solutions and services. Ensure compliance with IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and stakeholder satisfaction. Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with involvement in at least two full SDLC projects. Experience in government sector projects and familiarity with IM8 policies preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (ScrumMaster / SAFe) will be an advantage. Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. Motivated by innovation and continuous improvement. Experience with

Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)

or managing

data-related projects

in public-sector environments
