Project Manager [ Aluminium ]

Job Description
- Office at Yishun, Working based on projects
- Monday - Friday + Half Saturday
- Attractive Salary Package
- Civil Engineering / General Building / Construction / Aluminium Industry
- Diploma or Degree in related engineering field
- Experience in aluminium industry is a must
- Attend regular meetings with Owners/clients/contractors/sub-con and ensure the progress is on schedule
- Monitoring and follow up construction progress and progress claims
- Liaise with site staffs, supervisors, foremen and suppliers
- Handle contractual matters that arise
- Check drawings and quantities and ensure that these are accurate for the execution
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials require at site
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines;
- Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site
- Ad hoc assignments
