Job scope:
- General knowledge on site with architecture and structure for Private landed house
- Lead, delegate and supervise, instruction, forms or templates and give required guidance, assistance for the whole team and direction as needed
- Monitoring and updating to meet targets for the project assigned
- Able to oversee daily operation at site with work programming and site report & records
- Able to attend to site meeting with Architect, engineer, Government body and clients
- Responsible for the upkeep of documentation and entire construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
