Job Description

Role Description Project Manager work closely with all key stakeholders internally with the delivery team and externally with the customer organization. They will have the responsibility of managing the project across the entire lifecycle from Preparation to Design & Specification to Implementation and finally the Testing Go Live phases. YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

• Help customer to choose the appropriate project execution model which will ensure successful delivery – Agile, waterfall, etc
• Maintain a reliable project plan by using knowledge and experience from similar projects.
• Secure timeline and budget by ensuring changes are properly managed by using specific control mechanisms
• Secure that delivery of final project result is meeting key stakeholder expectations
• Communicate reliable project status and progress based on project control process.
• Act as the single point of contact for customer teams so proper understanding and answers are secured
• Identify, escalate, and manage critical issues which can impact the project plan and goals

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar discipline is required
• 3-5 years of Experience in Project Management of IT projects.
• Strong application of Agile Methodology, e.g. SCRUM, etc
• 5+ years of Experience of working in an international IT Services company
• Strong customer focus. Ability to work in a global team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to perform in multi-task situations. Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs through a variety of circumstances and situations.
• Strong vendor management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and partner with vendors to effectively deliver high level of service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills will be essential to effectively perform this role
• Be able to work independently and perform well under stress.
• Willing to travel.
