Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, or application domains. Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans in line with client and government standards. Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution. Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues; drive resolution to minimize impact. Ensure adherence to IM8, PDPA, and other public sector governance frameworks. Manage procurement processes, including quotations, tender submissions, and vendor evaluations. Conduct UAT, deployment coordination, and post-implementation reviews. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management. Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project delivery.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Min 3 - 8 years of experience managing IT projects (public sector experience is a strong plus). Proven track record delivering projects in either one or moreof the following domains:

Infrastructure:

system upgrades, network refresh, endpoint deployment, data center migration

Cloud:

Azure, AWS, or GCP migrations, cloud adoption, hybrid environments

Applications:

web/app development, system enhancement, COTS implementation
Familiarity with government IT standards (e.g., IM8 frameworks) is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or hybrid). Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is a plus. Open to Singaporeans only.*
