Project Manager (applications, Cloud/ Healthcare Industry)

Job Description
- Lead other sub-teams as required to achieve outcomes;
- Develop issue and risk management and mitigation strategies as required;
- Support project director in providing advice to senior management on issues requiring attention;
- Supervise any work undertaken by contractors and consultants;
- Train and mentor all project team members;
- Liaise with other business unit or healthcare areas as required to meet the overall objectives of the program; and
- Consolidate and manage overall implementation schedule of the program with the support of various delivery parties.
- To engage, manage and control requirement for programme.
- To manage clarification, qualification and prioritisation for user requirement.
- Conduct pre-assessment, process mapping, user journey, interlock with various system owners.
- Organising and document the requirements and delivery artefacts.
- Coordinate and scheduling activities.
- Minimum 5 years in mid-large scale project management and/or delivery
- Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience by leading medium to large size team to deliver enterprise applications
- Strong leadership, people management, time management, problem solving, project management and conflict resolution skills
- Preferably Certified Project Management (SAFe, CSM, CITPM, ITIL etc)
