Responsibilities

Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status information
Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation
Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent
At least 3 years in project management is preferred
Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
Experience in Software Development Life-Cycle. Experience in Secure Software - Development Life-Cycle is an added advantage
Familiar with the various system platforms such as Java, MS .Net, web, application, database servers, networking and infrastructure
Project management certification like PMP is an added advantage
