Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
Ensure that all project matters are coordinated and problems encountered during project proceeding.
Resolve all contractual issues with the Client
To submit progress reports and follow up on all project progress and all contractual correspondence
Budget control, verification of vendor claims and push for payments.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma or above in civil engineering / building
Minimum 5 years experience in building construction (with at least 2 years in this position).
Superior negotiation ability, can quickly solve questions & challenges encountered
* Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
