Position Overview The project manager is expected to :
Responsible for driving the successful delivery of one large project or multiple small projects within a business domain or cross-functional projects
Participates in annual work planning and manages budget estimation for new demands
Pursues excellence and new knowledge, actively sharing skills with others
Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation competence, resiliency, and problem-solving abilities
Engages and influences internal and external stakeholders effectively
Adaptable to change in an agile and volatile environment while taking ownership and delivering work with integrity
Role & Responsibilities
Involve in various stages of the systems development life cycle using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies
Perform work planning and budgeting, including reviewing and writing approval papers
Plan, lead, and manage project delivery, whether in-house or outsourced
Engage in procurement activities, such as calling RFPs/ITQs and evaluating vendor proposals
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including end users, senior management, and external vendors
Conduct user requirement gathering sessions for new systems or enhancements to existing systems
Manage projects according to the project plan and timeline, ensuring alignment with business needs while adhering to cost, duration, and quality parameters
Identify and mitigate project risks
Ensure compliance with procurement, system, and security policies during project implementation and maintenance
Evaluate new solutions and provide recommendations to address business challenges
Coach and mentor team members
Requirements
Degree/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
Minimum 5 years of experience in providing data warehouse or analytics solutions
