Job Description

This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for leading cloud migration strategies, ensuring robust security and compliance, and optimizing Azure environments for performance and cost.

Key Focus Areas for the Role:

Azure Security & Compliance:

Securing Azure environments and ensuring they meet strict compliance standards.

Cloud Migration & Strategy:

Leading and advising on cloud readiness and migration journeys.

Stakeholder Leadership:

Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Cost & Performance Optimization:

Managing Azure resources to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess cloud readiness and develop migration strategies. Ensure security, compliance, and identity management solutions within Azure. Optimize cloud performance, cost, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams. Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend relevant technologies.

Educational Qualification :

Degree in IT or engineering related field.

Experience:

Min : 10 Years +

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and vendors management Ensure customer Azure environments are secure compliant. Manage and guide the team on optimizing cost and resource utilization. Work as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and technical teams. Drive adherence to ITIL best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and SLAs. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on service performance, risk posture, and compliance status.
