Job Scope

• Oversee and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring its effective operation, adherence to project management best practices, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish project governance and cadence.
• Coordinate with technology PMO to plan and publish detailed project delivery milestones.
• Keep track of overall project progress vs. planned milestones on weekly basis and escalate to country project leads and Program Steering Committee (PSC) for any timeline risks.
• Keep track of project budget allocated to business unit/supporting unit and ensure spend within budget.
• Handle financial management by ensuring project financials are up to date and correct and captured in a timely manner.
• Orchestrate cross-squad project deliverables to ensure all squads are running independently and efficiently.
• Ensure delivery of key initiatives are on time and within the budget.
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and following up on action items.
• Drive and manage project end-to-end delivery including requirement, design, testing, and deployment.
• Review test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent.
• With more than 6 years of experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound banking product knowledge especially in cards, unsecured loans & payments.
• Able to work with external vendors and across diversified team.
• Process-driven and excellent advocate in reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
