Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong experience in Waterfall methodology to lead and deliver projects within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while effectively coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute banking projects using Waterfall methodology.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
- Track and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
- Middle to Senior-level experience in project management (5+ years).
- Strong experience with Waterfall methodology; Agile exposure is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing banking or financial services projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
