Job Description
:
- Remuneration package: Up to SGD$7,800 Basic + Variable Bonus
- Location: Ubi
- 5.5 days work
- Project management, which includes works scheduling cost control and material requisition
- Liaise with Consultants and subcontractors
- Supervise structural and architectural works
- Shop-drawings submission for Consultants approval
- Attend Project Technical meetings
- Preparation of Variation Orders
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
- At least 3-5 years of Project experience in building Construction
- Work experience with HDB or A&A work projects is an added advantage
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
