Job Description

• Salary up to $8500

• 5 days (Monday to Friday)

• 830am - 530pm

• Location: Bukit Batok (Project based in West & Central Region)
• AWS & VB & Car allowance

Responsibility

• Lead, plan & execution day-to-day activities, determine and define scope of work and deliverables, manage construction schedule and activities

• Assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues

• Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with inspectors and architects, meeting with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors.

• Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs. Attend weekly or biweekly meetings to present progress information to superiors.

• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

Requirement

• MUST have Road works experience in LTA projects, minimum 5 years\' experience

• Completion the project from Pre-Construction phase, post-construction phase till Project handover and closeout

• Preferably Degree in Civil Engineering or any other engineering with relevant experience.
