Responsibilities:


Oversee the full scope of project activities, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, financial budgets, timelines, quality standards, and site safety regulations. Participate in project initiation, progress review, and coordination meetings to monitor milestones and deliverables. Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors to address technical challenges and maintain effective communication channels. Verify that all drawing inconsistencies are highlighted and resolved by consultants before any construction work begins. Ensure materials used on site align with approved specifications and are properly documented and authorized. Prepare and review project documentation such as progress updates, work schedules, and related correspondence. Contribute to workplace safety initiatives, including risk assessments and compliance with health and safety policies. Support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for tender submissions as required.
Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Project or Construction Management role; background in interior design or fit-out projects will be an added advantage. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Solid technical expertise with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements effectively. Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost efficiency and budget management.
