Job Description


As a Project Manager for our company, you will be responsible for handling and overseeing Construction Projects in Singapore: * Location: Based on Project Site * Working Days: 5.5 Days * Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am - 530pm), Sat (12pm) * Salary Package: Includes Handphone/Transport Allowance*, Project Gratuity, Variable Bonus

My client is a Maincon company, who consistently holds on to a Grade A1 contractor status and is classified as Class 1 General Building. The company has an extensive Construction portfolio, where it encompasses an impressive array of projects across various sectors, from institutional and civil infrastructure to commercial, retail, leisure, and residential developments.



Project Implementation: Oversee the effective implementation and successful completion of company projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality standards.

Project Lifecycle Management: Manage all project phases, from design through to completion, while optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster close collaboration with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities. Establish project guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to project teams.

Safety and Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential customers to identify and pursue business development opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering recognsed by PE Board with more than 10 years\' relevant working experience at managerial level in managing mammoth projects.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proven track record in the construction industry.
  • Excellent team spirit.
  • Strong technical competence.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
