A. Main Responsibilities
The duties & responsibilities are mainly classified into the below categories: -
1.Administrative works
Project Cost Estimation.
Responsible for Attaining Final Account and Collections.
Track and Control Cost against Project Budget to Avoid Cost Overruns.
Procurement and goods received on site
2.Site Management for overall
Schedule Planning.
Mobilization of Works & Equipments.
Co-ordination and Oversees all Works.
Control and Co-ordinate Subcontractors.
Control work site discipline, workflow and documents control
Enforce the Company's Quality System.
Site Progress Monitoring.
Liaison with Client's Representative, authorities and Consultants.
Assist Quantity Surveyor in Measuring Works Done.
Managing Manpower, Materials, equipment and machinery.
Review and submit report and make sure proper documentation
3.Ensuring Quality, Green and Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
4.Prepare the presentation slide for tender interview and technical support on tender
5.Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
