If this role you will need to be omniscient of all commercial operations to manage and implement change. Thorough knowledge of how our commercial activities interact with SAP business systems. You will also manage commercial-related projects, ensuring continuous business process improvement and change for efficiencies, productivity, and maintenance of related business applications, including system enhancement, and support the Director of Commercial Operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of all commercial-related projects and initiatives. Focus on keeping all projects on track, maintaining structure, and facilitating workshops and document actions and deliverables
• Drive initiatives in both the commercial team and organisationally that contribute to long-term commercial excellence
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all IT applications used by Commercial Teams and Seaco Customers through defects/enhancements as well as preparing and coordination of all BRS, UAT and communication between commercial teams, BPA’s, ITs, and other business functions
• Provide assistance on cross-functional business process improvements
• Provide consulting, training, and support services on matters related to business processes
• Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the commercial team
• Support all tasks and projects as required by the Director of Commercial Operations and business

To be successful in this Project Manager (Commercial) role, you will need to have several years of project management experience within the relevant industry. Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in project management
• Project Management skills and experience, preferably Prince II
• Good general management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style, and committed to getting the job done
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Excellent workshop and meeting facilitation skills
