Project Manager (construction)

Job Description
Salary: $6000 - $8800
Working Hour: 5.5days
Responsibilities
Develop detailed construction plans and schedules. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Estimate timeframes, resources, and budget. Supervise all construction activities on-site. Coordinate efforts of subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality and meets all required standards and regulations. Address any defects or deviations promptly. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage unforeseen issues such as weather delays or material shortages. Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in construction site management. Demonstrate your ability to lead site teams effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.
