Project Manager (Construction)


Salaries : $3000- $4800





Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Construction to


oversee our construction operations in Singapore. HE will be responsible


for strategic planning, project tener & sales, business development, and


team leadership, ensuring the successful completion of projects while


maintaining quality, safety, and profitability, and also standard of the quality.





Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning


to completion.


Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk


management.


Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, WSH (Workplace


Safety & Health) requirements, and local building codes.


Manage client relationships, tenders, contracts,


and stakeholder negotiations.


Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and


partnerships.


Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and


Site Supervisors.


Monitor profitability, operational costs, and overall business


performance.


Any arrangement by the company director, and also by the


management team.


Arrange customer leads, sales, and marketing, suppliers, and


etc



Main Focus is to assist the project director, and finding projects,


and marketing, and also handle well job site and care all the matters


in all job-site.





Requirements:


Education & Experience:


Degree in Building or any equivalent Bacerlor degreee


Construction Management, or related field.


10+ years of experience in construction management, including


leadership roles.


Strong knowledge of Singapore construction laws, BCA


regulations, and WSH standards.


Skills & Expertise:


Proven track record in project management (e.g., RC SUPPLY


LABOUR, Electrical, Steel, Structual, commercial, residential, etc


projects that we are taking.


Strong financial and also correct numbers (budgeting, cost


control, contract management).


Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


Experience in digital transformation (BIM, AI, ERP software) is a


plus.





Remarks:


Can working at weekends and public holidays.
Competent ability in English and Mandarin, Korean


. good in Written, Speaking, and also mature, indepentdent is a plus point


. have background in construction is a plus point, will consider in piroiety


. Key base in QS, Site Enginner will be consider in a plus point, and also working aleast 5 years in the construction industry.


. Open and issues BBS, and also assisting in the MRT Projects, and also handle all the enquiries and able to overseek, and look, take care, and undertand the system in MRT Projects, and handel all the matters, and working independent, and work closely with the Director and working site team people closely.
