Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. . Recognized as a subject matter expert / leader within the field of project management in telecommunications and/or Contact Centres and/or Application deployment . Responsible for end to end project delivery, Production rollouts, proof of concept and technical demos. . Ensuring adherence to schedule and meeting quality objectives. Skills / Requirement . Candidate should be experienced in deploying projects with a minimum 5 years of PM experience . Ideal candidate would have 10 years+ PM experience. Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field . PM Training: PMP/PMI or equivalent (such as PRINCE) mandatory . Ability to work under high pressure. . Supervise resources and provide guidance . Collaborate with vendor and partners effectively . Telecoms experience: Experience in deploying telecommunications / IT systems highly desirable . Contact Centre experience : Deployed contact centre systems/solutions . Applications experience Experience with Digital Telecommunications software applications (including customization) is preferred. .
