Job Description

The personnel is responsible to ensure smooth project delivery of solution from development until project completion stage within APAC countries. The personnel will be expected to take additional responsibility in management reporting and has drive to progress to management route.

Adecco is partnering with an US headquarted company, specialiasing in process control application. The company has strong footprints within APAC countries.

Responsibilities:

Managemement reporting and global liaison

• Plan work orders for servicing team
• Deal with critical issue if required
• Provide reporting to management regarding customer satisfaction, operation issue and suggest improvement

Project Management

• Take charge of project planning, budgeting, design, implementation, coordination, and client interaction.
• Uphold consistent adherence to high project management standards and practices, encompassing aspects like material procurement, project execution phases, and the successful commissioning of projects at customer sites.
• Manage resource allocation according to projected workloads, effectively juggling multiple projects concurrently.
• Handle customer expectations and potential requirement changes by offering suitable solutions and cost assessments when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal staff, overseeing overall commercial and contractual matters for assigned projects.
• Regularly report on project status, performance, and forecasts to both management and customers.
• Continuously enhance existing project management practices and processes to bolster productivity and profitability.
• Ensure on-time project completion and closure in line with contractual obligations, including the resolution of any outstanding issues.
• Lead and supervise a team of vendors or contractors assigned to the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 year\'s experience in managing PLC-based control system project within O&G, petrochemical and power industries
• Familiar with turbo machinery applications - gas turbines, steam turbines, motor drives, surge protection, generators, AVR, and vibration monitoring
• Familiar with Project Management tool
• Willing to take additional responsibility in management reporting and has drive to progress to management route
• Occasional international business travel
